Cle, your ice-cream is so yummy, that I had repeatedly asked you to consider
operating a branch in Hong Kong, the most fashionable city in Asia, where I came from.
You can start small, bit by bit, but to keep the original flavor is most important.
Ice cream could be sold in Asia all year round. People put on thick clothes to try out
ice cream in winter.

Hope you know who I am, the guy who goes to your ice cream every Thursday in lake City in Year
2008. See you then. Hope to hear from you by return mail.

Best regards on October 9th, 2008

Cle's sorbets are to die for! Particularly love the perfectly balanced lemon basil (go see her on Phinney right after hitting Red Mill).

I would be thrilled if you could manage corn. I know it's a little out there but it was one of my favorite flavors growing up in Manila.

Was by your stand today and enjoyed a lovely mixture of Chocolate and Raspberry, my son I toted love the raspberry oh so much. But there is one flavor that I have been trying to find and can't seem to anymore, Huckleberry Pie. The little bits of pie crust with swirls of huckleberry. Think you can help? I would be willing to help you out with this one--making crust, gathering berries, etc. Please make it!

I visited Half Pint at the Capitol Hill Farmers' Market today - loved the chocolate orange, and wished I'd had room to try the other flavors!

Like you, I came from Boston and was dismayed by the lack of homemade ice cream. About a year ago, I bought an ice cream maker, and have been trying out recipes since. Some favorites so far:

- rhubarb strawberry
- coffee
- lemon
- strawberry sage
- cinnamon basil
- cinnamon pear
- cardamom vanilla
- blackberry

And some still on the list to try:

- lemon espresso (one of my favorite Toscanini's flavors)
- burnt sugar (ditto)
- peach
- honey lavender
- orange cardamom/clove
- beet (with some lemon zest, I think)
- green curry with dark chocolate chips
- prickly pear

Glad to have more local, homemade ice cream in Seattle!

I love your coconut ice cream, even though I've never liked chewy shredded coconut. What about a coconut milk-based ice cream? It could run with the Thai flava and have mango bits or sticky rice in it instead of those chewy coconut bits 8)

I was going to suggest some fruity berry combination, but it appears you are already on it with rasberry! and strawberries are headed out for the season. Peaches are yummy!!! On the non-fruit front I must say that almond joy, coconut ice cream with chocolate covered almond bits is one of my all time favs!
